Sov’ran Imperial Cuvée 2019 is a beautifully expressive sparkling wine from England, crafted using Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown across Kent and Sussex.

Made at an urban winery in Worthing, West Sussex, the wine undergoes its secondary fermentation in tank before being aged for 25 months. This extended ageing creates an elegant balance between vibrant orchard fruit, refreshing acidity and a smooth, creamy texture.

Fresh and refined, with flavours of crisp apple and citrus leading into a long, zesty finish, this is a wonderfully versatile sparkling wine for celebrations, aperitifs or relaxed everyday occasions.

PALATE

Vibrant and refreshing, with bright acidity, flavours of apple and citrus, and a smooth, creamy texture. The finish is clean, elegant and lingering, with an attractive zesty character.

FOOD PAIRING

An excellent aperitif and a lovely partner for seafood, smoked salmon, creamy cheeses, light canapés, roast chicken and vegetable dishes.

SERVING ADVICE

Serve well chilled at approximately 6°C to 8°C. Chill for at least three hours before opening and serve in a tulip-shaped sparkling wine glass to preserve the aromas and bubbles.
