We aim to deliver all packages within 3-5 working days. If your delivery is outside of that timeframe please use your tracking number from your confirmation email to follow your package. If you have any trouble with this, please email hello@thewinecaverns.com with your order number and we will investigate the delay.
All product information can be found on our website. However if you can't find what you are looking for, please email us at hello@thewinecaverns.com with your query and we will do our best to help.
If you would like to change or cancel your order after it has been processed, please contact us at your earliest convenience as, unfortunately, we cannot make changes once the item has left the warehouse.
If the order has left the warehouse but you no longer want it you can refuse delivery of the item and it will be returned to us. We will then process your refund once we are in receipt of the item.
If you accept delivery then change your mind about some or all of the items, you are welcome to return them at your own cost. Please inform us within 14 days of receiving your items and we will forward through return instructions.
At the checkout page there will be a box for you to enter your discount code, please ensure you type it in correctly and bare in mind the codes are case sensitive. If the code is not accepted it will flag up red, please try the code again. Once you have entered a valid code it will come off your subtotal, you can now head to the shipping page. Please note that discount codes are not always applicable to all products.
We have lots of lovely gift options from wine hampers to tour & tasting vouchers. Visit the 'Gifts' section on the main menu to explore more of our options.
We accept Maestro, Mastercard, Pay-pal, Visa and AMEX. We also accept Google and Apple pay.

All of our English wines are vegetarian and Vegan friendly. However, most of our French wines are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Please contact us on hello@thewinecaverns.com for more information.
Yes - our wines, like most wines, contain some naturally occuring sulphites.
