This wine is distinguished by notes of black fruits, Ente plums, liquorice and pepper.

PALATE

In the mouth, the attack is supple, the tannins are initially melted. We find a spicier final structure.

FOOD PAIRING

Pairs beautifully with grilled meats, charcuterie, and traditional Provençal dishes such as Alouettes sans tête, as well as fresh pasta served with tomato coulis.

SERVING ADVICE

Ideal tasting temperature around 16° to 18°C.
Do not hesitate to decant your red wines a few hours before serving.
