Silver Medal - Effervescents du Monde 2022
This amazing traditional method fizz takes me back to my childhood - not that I drank sparkling wine as a child, I need to emphasise – but in that it’s full of gooseberry, rose and orchard fruits. It will take you on a wonderful trip down memory lane when kitchens were always full of the smells of stewing fruit and the promise of ‘licking out the bowl’ was the most exciting thing you could imagine. That feeling is now all grown up with this drop but certainly no less exhilarating.

Rich, buttery and intense with red apples.
Mouth wateringly refreshing and delightfully complex, offering bright sumptuous flavours of the English kitchen garden - gooseberry, apple and hints of rose.
A fine pleasure on its own and a wonderful partner to simple prepared fresh fish.
