A fantastic example of an English Sparkling Wine, made with home-grown champagne variety grapes. This beautiful English Sparkling Wine is super complex with layers of ripe citrus fruits and a vibrant mineral finish. Really well rounded and dry, I can't think of anyone who wouldn't enjoy a glass or two of this show-stopping wine.
