Really well rounded and dry, I can't think of anyone who wouldn't enjoy a glass or two of this show-stopping wine.

      Vinification

      The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Put through malolactic fermentation.
