This gin, made by the fantastic team at Copper in The Clouds Distillery, takes inspiration from the local wild meadows in Springtime. This is their super premium floral dry gin, and is lovingly hand crafted in small batches.
Layers upon layers of floral flavour greet you with every sip. Orange blossom, chamomile, lavender and rose petals all feature in the botanical bill. (The rest are all kept secret!)
I best enjoy this gin served in a whopping great glass packed full of ice with a splash of Indian tonic, garnished with a small slice of lemon. It's also perfect for making a Tom Collins.
