A beautiful, pale gold colour.
An open nose with ripe lemony fruit, enhanced with white pepper.
Fresh and flavourful, showing a beautiful minerality and a persistence of citrus fruits.
Its fruitiness makes it an aperitif wine. It can also accompany a traditional fish and chips or a grilled sea bass with fennel.
Ideal tasting temperature between 10° and 12°C.
Tip: Rather than putting your wine in the fridge, put your white wine in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes.
