Chateau de Berne Terres de Berne white wine has me reaching for my recipe books with giddy excitement. With delicious zesty citrus, crisp apple and delicate basil flavours – there’s so much choice for how you can enjoy this wine! For me, it has to be the food pairing. With such wonderful complexity, you’ll be matching this Terres de Berne white wine with your favourite grilled white fish or zesty chicken recipes for the foreseeable future. But with a bottle of this open in the kitchen good luck having any left to cook with!

Rolle (Vermentino), Sémillon and Ugni Blanc
A beautiful pale colour with perfect shine and yellow-green reflections.
A very expressive and fresh nose with notes of lime, white flowers and wild mint.
Well balanced with developed fruity aromas (pear and lemon) and a slightly liquorice finish.
Terres de Berne white wine pairs wonderfully with thai food and chicken. In tarragon butter, or a lemon chicken with orzo and basil.
Ideal tasting temperature between 10° and 12°C.
Tip: Rather than putting your wine in the fridge, put your white wine in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes.
