Founded in 2016 with a mission to redefine sparkling wine of England, Fitz crafts vibrant, high-quality wines using proudly English grapes. Working with trusted growers across the country alongside fruit from their own Kent estate, Fitz blends standout varietals including Seyval Blanc, Reichensteiner, Madeleine Angevine, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Rondo to create wines full of character and freshness. Every bottle is produced at their carbon-negative winery in the heart of the Kent countryside, with no offsetting, just a genuine commitment to sustainable winemaking.
